Q. How will my order be sent to me?
A. Your order will be sent by Royal mail and will be dispatched within 5 working days of your order for wallpaper and 2 working days for party products
Q. My order has been dispatched but I have not received it what shall I do?
A. If you haven’t received your order within 5 working days then please contact us on info@yoowhoo.co.uk
Q. What format shall I upload my images in?
A. Photos should be uploaded in jpeg format
Q. Can I order by phone?
A. No, due to the personalisation and photo uploading you can only order online
Q. What size/resolution should my photo be in?
A. The higher the resolution the better the photo, so upload the highest resolution photo that you have
Q. Is your website secure?
A. Our website is secure, we use Barclaycard payment gate. Please see our security document for more information
Q. How good do my photographs have to be?
A. The better the photo you upload the better the end result will be
Q. How durable is the wallpaper?
A. The wallpaper is as durable as standard wallpaper
Q. How easy is the wallpaper to put up?
A. The wallpaper comes with full instructions and is as easy to put up as regular paper
Q. Can the wallpaper be washed?
A. If the wallpaper is marked it can be wiped down with a damp cloth
Q. Can the banners be used outside?
A. The banners that we supply are not waterproof so it is advisable to use them inside only
Q. Does the wrapping paper come in rolls as well?
A. The wrapping paper comes in sheets only. The minimum order for wrap is 6 sheets
Q. Do you do international delivery?
A. We can delivery internationally please contact us separately for postage costs on info@yoowhoo.co.uk
